Robot-Ready Liquid Cooling Hose Kits for the Physical AI Era
As liquid cooling expands across AI data centers, hose kits are evolving beyond simple coolant-transfer components. They are becoming critical interfaces that influence installation efficiency, maintenance, reliability, and future automation.
In the next generation of data centers, robots may be required to grip hose assemblies, align them with designated ports, and perform connection and disconnection tasks. This requires more than a standard quick disconnect. The hose-fitting housing and crimping sleeve must also be designed for stable robotic gripping, positioning, insertion, and removal.
IMMERSEKOOL supplies complete liquid cooling hose kits customized to each customer’s rack layout, port position, QD type, hose length, and bend requirements. We can also design and manufacture custom hose-fitting housings, adapters, and crimping sleeves to improve robotic handling and assembly.
Our integrated process covers design, machining of adapters and sleeves, hose crimping, leak and proof-pressure testing, labeling, and supply/return color coding. The finished assemblies are delivered pre-terminated, tested, and ready for installation. The supporting material highlights EPDM UL 94 V-0 hose assemblies, color-coded supply and return lines, pre-fitted QDs, and in-house leak testing as core capabilities.
OCP standardizes the coupling interface, but the crimping structure, sleeve, adapter, and thread behind the QD must still be engineered for the actual rack and cooling system. By designing, machining, crimping, and testing these components in-house, IMMERSEKOOL enables a standard OCP QD to be integrated into a customized system.
