OCP LQC Coupling Standard Specifications (English)
Application Description
The OCP LQC (Large Quick Connector) is a global open standard coupling designed for large-scale fluid transfer applications within data center liquid cooling infrastructure.
- CDU Connections: Primarily used for connecting the main cooling loops of the Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) to the server rack manifolds.
- High Flow/Pressure: Designed to handle larger volumes of coolant, featuring a 19 mm nominal flow diameter and supporting working pressures up to 12 bar.
- Screw-to-Connect: Utilizes a secure screw-to-connect locking mechanism, offering better usability and reliability than push-to-connect options, even while under operational pressure of up to 5 bar.
- Open Standard: As an open standard, LQC products manufactured to these specifications are fully interchangeable across different vendors.
